Do you need clarity? Direction? Are there cycles you want to break out of but just can’t seem to shake loose? No one should have to face hard things alone. We all need someone to talk things out with, a safe space to say what you really think and feel and not be judged for it, where it’s ok to be exactly where you are.
This is where we get down
to the Real.
Tell the Truth Say it Out Loud
this is the path out of hiding
Beautiful things happen when we hold space for one another; we uncover purpose, identity and begin to break free of the lies that hold us back. You get to choose. I’ll walk with you as you discover what your choices are and the steps it takes to show up as yourself and own your life.
Here’s a little of what you can expect with your session.
One of my biggest pet peeves is the one hour therapy/counseling session. Just when you finally get down to the issue – time’s up! So I create space for each session to be 1.5 hours. We don’t have to take the whole time, but will never feel rushed.
Shorter sessions can be scheduled upon request for touching base between regular sessions.
Unraveling takes time. This is going to be a process unique to you and me working together toward your goal – if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for, that’s ok, too. We’ll figure it out together. It’s ok if we need to revisit things you have already processed – the nature of healing/freedom is that it comes in layers and waves – it’s gentler that way. Don’t worry, we’ll get there.
I am a pastor, a spiritual coach, a mentor, a looking glass. I offer reflection on what you bring to me and I ask lots of questions to allow you the space to think it through for yourself. I do not assume I have your answers – I believe you can hear from the Holy Spirit for yourself, and I will walk with you all the way through whatever you are facing, until you find what you may not have even known you were looking for.
Getting to know one another is best done over coffee – I’m happy to meet you in the middle.
come on out
